Connections
Are you passionate about creating a friendly and inviting environment? Do you love making coffee, presenting food or serving behind the scenes? Our Connections team desires to create a warm, welcoming, and intentional environment for all our guests each week. We’d love to have you as part of the team!
Kids of All Ages
Do you enjoy seeing kids experience fun at church? Do you desire to give kids a fantastic summer? At Compass we seek to help the next generation discover Jesus and grow in faith by creating fun, engaging, and meaningful experiences for children of all ages on Sunday mornings and through our summer Compass Camps.
Students & Young Adults
Do you love hanging out with students and young adults? Compass Students is a place where youth can experience the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. Volunteer to use your gifts in a fun environment and help students grow in their relationship with God. There are weekly or event-based opportunities!
Group Life
Do you desire to help connect people through trusted relationships? Perhaps you want to help others find freedom through reconciliation with their past. Gather your friends, make room on the couch, and sign up to lead a Home Group or Bible study or train to become a Freedom Session facilitator.
Prayer Team
Do you have a heart for prayer? The purpose of our prayer ministry is to actively encourage and promote prayer within the life of the church. Be part of our Sunday service prayer teams or engage in intercessory prayer for our church during the week. Be part of a team committed to caring for one another in prayer.
Care & Visitation Team
This team extends the love of Christ to those who may feel isolated or in need of support. Through regular visits we build caring relationships and connect with men and women through prayer, scripture, and encouragement. If you have a heart for uplifting others, particularly seniors, those hospitalized, and others facing challenges, join us!
Building & Property
Come join our Building & Property team and be a part of building God’s church! Whether you’re a skilled professional or just like helping with odd jobs, gardening and general property maintenance, take part in projects that will benefit our Compass site in Orangeville.
Site Set Up Team
Sunday services couldn’t happen without our site set up teams. Volunteers help with stage/screen set up and making sure we all have seats. Do you have the gift of Helps but prefer working behind the scenes? Help our site teams set up for Sundays!
Technical Team
Are you tech saavy? Like to stay behind the scenes? Maybe you have a knack for snapping candid photos or engaging on social media? Serve behind the scenes to help people connect with God through weekly worship services, social media, and photography.
Worship
Do you have a strong desire to lead others into meaningful worship? Do you play musical instrument? Maybe you have a strong reading voice or video presence? We would love to hear from you.
Regional Ministries
Are you looking to shine the light of Jesus Christ in your community? Compass has several ministries seeking to meet needs locally, including our Move Team, Newcomers Settlement Team and Compass Run.
