Our staff values are meant to tether us together and equip us to become more unified and stronger as a team.

  • Go the extra mile! Where can I take action?

    We look for ways to go the extra mile to identify problems, find solutions, welcome new opportunities and deliver extraordinary results. Taking initiative will build momentum, impact and inspire one another along the way. We are risk-takers and we try new things.

  • Use your blinker. Who needs to know?

    Communication is the key that starts us moving in the same direction. Having ongoing constructive and candid conversations speaks value to one another, brings clarity, helps us make decisions, increases productivity and bridges ideas to successful outcomes. We believe in maximizing the use of technology as an effective means of communication.

  • Explore the more. Am I thinking outside the box?

    We believe everyone is creative in their own way and creativity leads to innovation. Having the freedom to explore new ideas, use our gifts, broaden our perspectives, and imagine possibilities helps us expand our reach and impact. Creativity says, “let’s try it!” When we collaborate and share new ideas, it sparks more creativity.

  • Map the way. What’s the plan?

    Strategy is the catalyst that launches us into action. Strategy creates a road map for success that ensures we are headed in the same direction, fully aligned, and working together towards mutual and measurable goals.

  • Stay in the learning lane. What can I learn from this?

    Our willingness to learn, grow and improve allows us to adapt to opportunities, persevere through challenges and remain flexible. We learn from one another in both our mistakes and accomplishments. Giving and receiving feedback keeps us humble while propelling us forward.

  • Travel together. Am I a team player?

    We’re better together! As we leverage our collective genius by using our gifts, sharing ideas and doing the work, it fosters trust, confidence and interdependency that leads to greater empowerment. We believe everyone’s contribution matters and we choose to see the beauty in our diversity.

    We want to go the distance and make every moment count. We believe it is vital to take responsibility to pursue a pace that enables us to function at our best for those we lead both at work and in our homes. Cultivating healthy habits, having fun, and taking time to celebrate promotes a healthy work environment.

  • Build bridges. How can I be trustworthy?

    Choosing to believe the best about each other creates a safe place for trust to grow. When we respect our differences and honour one another it builds trust that deepens and strengthens all aspects of our team. Building trust involves being honest with ourselves and transparent with one another, always seeking to protect the trust established between us.
