Jay Wagstaff is our Director of Sites and Services. As a gifted communicator and pastor, Jay serves as one of our primary teachers working with our Lead Pastor, Andrew Gordon in the development and delivery of our Sunday services.

Jay also serves on our Staff Leadership Team, and oversees content, planning and support for our Shelburne and Grand Valley sites. He also provides strategic direction, leadership and pastoral care for our church online community.

Jay, along with his wife Deb, served for nine years as our Shelburne Site Directors engaging the community with the kingdom of God. They continue to live in Shelburne with their kids Laura and Jacob and dog Shiloh.

Jay loves all sports, music, and cooking. Despite Jay’s years in Shelburne he does not plays the fiddle.
