Andy’s has a strong desire to share Jesus with others everywhere he goes and seeks to use his gifts to serve the church and those yet unreached for Jesus. Andy's is passionate about serving the church community through worship and creative arts. He is an artist and musician who is proficient in piano, keyboard, rhythm acoustic guitar, bass guitar and drums. He is a team player and team builder.

While Andy can lead from the front and sing, he prefers to develop other leaders and allow them to take the vocal leads while supporting them as part of the team instrumentally.

Andy has extensive knowledge and background in video and audio production, including multi-track recording. Andy oversees the creative team at Compass which includes our Communication Coordinator and Media/Production Coordinator.

Andy likes to thoughtfully plan and prepare well ahead and these skills benefit our multi-site context. When he's not working, he's at home with his wife Nadia, their son Aidan and their puppies Daisy and Sunny enjoying whatever creation the BBQ produced.
